ORDER HANDLING NOTIFICATIONS


You might have made the order payment while placing your order. If your payment is still due after you have placed your order, you will receive a separate message informing you that your order is waiting to be confirmed.


We want to provide the best possible service to our customers and, therefore, we go through all orders before confirming them. We aim to confirm all orders during the day the order was placed, but due to occasional traffic this may take 1-3 weekdays.

 

Your email may filter the confirmation message into junk mail. Therefore, if you do not receive a confirmation message within three working days, contact our sales service.

 

After your order has been checked you will receive a separate email notification that reads "order confirmed". The message includes the needed payment details as well as information about possible delays etc.

 

We kindly ask you to take into account that we are not responsible for orders that have not been confirmed (this also applies to orders that are not confirmed due to a technical failure). In such cases you need to contact our Sales Service.
